THE SOPHIE WEST BAND

Sophie discovered her love for the blues at a young age. After returning to Colorado from Memphis, Tennessee—the heart of Delta blues—she found herself writing a growing catalog of soulful, blues and funk-infused songs that called for a full band behind them. That vision led to the formation of the Sophie West Band, bringing together a group of talented Colorado musicians to bring the music to life.

The Sophie West Band is a new Denver blues outfit rooted in soul, groove, and feel-good energy. Led by singer-songwriter Sophie West, the band delivers a rich blend of blues, funk, and expressive vocals, creating a sound that’s both timeless and fresh. Backed by a tight, groove-driven rhythm section, their live shows are all about connection, expression, and most importantly, getting the dance floor moving. More to come soon.
